Matters to be taken into account when sending an invoice by e-mail:

• The e-mail address may only be used for invoices.
• Invoices must be in PDF format.
• All the pages of an invoice must be included in the same PDF file.
• The file must not be encrypted or protected with a password.
• The recipient field must not contain other recipients.
