Sustainability We are committed to acting responsibly and systematically reducing our emissions. We want to be involved in creating a more sustainable future and expect our stakeholders to adhere to our ethical guidelines. Carbon footprint We began calculating our carbon footprint in 2023 by determining our emissions for scopes 1 and 2. However, the majority of our emissions are generated outside of our direct operations, and we are committed to calculating and reducing our scope 3 emissions as well. Our short-term emission reduction target is to decrease scope 1 and 2 emissions by 42% by 2030 compared to the baseline year of 2022. Whistleblowing-channel We aim to maintain an open atmosphere and high ethical standards in our operations. It is important to us that trust exists among all parties involved in our activities. To ensure this, we have established a Whistleblowing channel to minimize risks. This channel allows individuals to report serious misconduct within our organization, including violations related to individuals and breaches of regulations and laws in the workplace. The service is administered by an external party, and reports can be made anonymously if desired, with confidentiality being maintained.
